Your coach builds a strength training program and nutrition plan around your current fitness level, lifestyle, and perimenopause symptoms.
Every Sunday you complete a short check-in form. Your coach reviews it and sends a personal 4–5 minute Loom video response with feedback and guidance.
A 20-minute video call each month to review progress, adjust goals, and make sure the plan keeps moving with you.
